Jake Burkholder

Pastor Jake Burkholder grew up in the heart of America’s Mid-West in MO Amish Country. He grew up in an Old-Order Amish family. For the first 16 years of his life, he and his family lived without any of our modern conveniences. No automobiles, telephones, or electricity. Through the faithful witness of an Ex-Amish Baptist preacher, Pastor Burkholder and his family heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ and at the age of 16 he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior. Just a short time later Pastor Burkholder felt the Call of God on his life to full-time christian service and to preach the word of God.

In preparation for the ministry, he attended The Crown College of the Bible in Powell, TN where he met his wife Amy. In 2006 Pastor Burkholder graduated from The Crown College of the Bible. The Burkholders were married in July of 2006 and they moved to Spokane, WA to serve in the ministry of Faith Baptist Church. They have served at Faith Baptist Church since 2006 and came on staff in 2008.  Pastor Burkholder serves as Assistant Pastor and Youth Pastor. The Burkholders have two daughters.
